How does scoring work?

Daily rounds start at 1,000 points. Each extra guess reduces the score by 120, with a 200-point minimum for a win. Practice offers Easy (800), Medium (1,000) and Hard (1,200). The timed challenge adds up to 200 speed points. A loss scores zero.

Turn a symbol sequence into a champion clue

Emoji mode starts with two symbols. The first miss reveals a third and the second reveals a fourth. Interpret the character’s appearance, theme and equipment together instead of forcing every symbol to describe one exact ability. This mode uses champions with defined emoji mappings.

Keep more than one interpretation

A symbol may describe appearance or a story theme. Your first association is not the only possible reading.
Try explaining the same pair of symbols using two different candidates. The less forced interpretation is a useful starting hypothesis.
A newly revealed symbol can change the meaning of the earlier ones. Re-read the complete sequence instead of only fitting it to your old guess.
Once four symbols are visible, do not wait for another emoji. Use the whole sequence and the candidates already eliminated.

After the result, explain the common theme in your own words. A symbol can fit more than one character; the useful skill is deciding which candidate best explains the combination.
