LOL GAME / 04
Skin detective
Look past the disguise.
Guess the champion behind the skin. The skin name is revealed after the round.
How does scoring work?
Daily rounds start at 1,000 points. Each extra guess reduces the score by 120, with a 200-point minimum for a win. Practice offers Easy (800), Medium (1,000) and Hard (1,200). The timed challenge adds up to 200 speed points. A loss scores zero.
Find the champion behind the skin
Skin detective shows a narrow crop of alternate champion artwork. You are identifying the champion, rather than typing the skin’s full name. New colours and themes can obscure familiar signs, so reconsider the evidence whenever an incorrect guess widens the frame.
Separate a theme from an identity
- One skin theme can share a palette across several champions. Treat colour as an opening clue rather than proof of identity.
- How equipment is held, the pose, body proportions or a recurring shape may separate candidates better than the background.
- Look for evidence against your current candidate as well. Selecting only supportive fragments can waste attempts.
- The skin name appears after a win or the end of the round. Submitting a finished result again cannot earn more points.
After playing, compare the correct champion’s skins on its profile. Notice which details change with a theme and which shapes recur. The visual workshop demonstrates the method with Ahri, Yasuo and Jinx artwork.
